Our in-person membership includes everything from our Virtual membership and also runs for 12 weeks. The unlimited access to me, your customized meal plan and training programs as well as the weekly check-ins but it also includes 36 one on one in-person training sessions in my private gym (additional one-on-one training sessions can be purchased) where it is just you and myself training. No interruptions, no waiting for equipment just you putting in the work and making your goals come true!
