The main difference is that there is outdoor rather than indoor equipment available. Outdoor fitness training is intended for those people who have an active lifestyle (those who like to walk or jog) and who usually jog or run. If you are new to outdoor fitness training, you should take some classes before going out on your own, as most outdoor fitness training classes have beginners to intermediate levels.

Outdoor classes are held from Victoria Day to Thanksgiving every Saturday morning at 9:30 am. Please RSVP by 9 pm the night before if you will be attending.

Outdoor classes are held from Victoria Day to Thanksgiving every Saturday morning at 9:30am. Please RSVP by 9pm the night before if you will be attending. Outdoor classes will run roughly an hour to an hour and a half. Be sure to bring lots of water and dress according to conditions. If a class has to be cancelled due to inclement weather notification will be sent out as soon as possible.
