Our one month virtual membership is 4 weeks long and includes a customized meal plan and training program for you as well as an initial one on one in-person training session or zoom call to go over your new program. Each week you will check in with me proving front, side and back photos and letting me know how you did the previous week. If you strayed from your meal plan, missed any training or cardio session and overall how you’re feeling physically, mentally and emotionally.
Based on your check-ins we will modify your training and meal plan to get the maximum results for you. There’s no need to wait for your weekly check-in to reach out to me with any questions, during the twelve weeks you have unlimited access to me from 8 am-9 pm EST 7 days a week! I am here to help you make your dreams/goals come true.
Like any program or anything in life you get as much out of the program as you put into it.
